AOS 93/Jefferson Village School & Nobleboro Central School - Part Time Contracted Physical Therapist

AOS 93 is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide contracted services for students in grades K–8. This is a part-time contracted position (approximately 12–14 hours per week). Professional Responsibilities Respond to evaluation referrals for students with suspected disabilities and conduct re‑evaluations for students with identified disabilities. Develop present levels of performance and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including measurable goals and objectives. Provide physical therapy services to assigned students in accordance with IEP goals, frequency, duration, and placement determined by the IEP Team. Maintain effective oral and written communication with parents, teachers, and other educational personnel. Collaborate with school staff to identify areas where support and adaptation strategies are needed to improve student access and participation in the educational environment. Qualifications Current Maine physical therapist license. Experience working with school‑aged children preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
