Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth Primary & Acute Care (Flexible Remote - New Grads Welcome) A recognized healthcare system is hiring Nurse Practitioners to expand its nationwide remote care team. This fully virtual role supports patients needing both acute care visits and general primary care follow-ups, with highly flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. New graduates are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do Manage virtual visits for common acute conditions and urgent care needs Conduct primary care assessments and routine follow-ups Review diagnostics, labs, and patient messages Document all encounters accurately in the EMR Support patients through a modern telehealth platform Qualifications Active NP license in any U.S. state (multi-state preferred but not required) Strong communication & clinical judgment Telehealth experience helpful but not required New graduates welcome (support and training available) Competitive compensation: $120–$185 per hour.
