About the role
As a technician on our team, you'll travel to customer homes and businesses to keep their HVAC systems running smoothly — from routine maintenance to diagnosing complex issues.
Job type: Full-time; temp to hire
Work hours: Monday - Saturday - TBD
***Saturday availability required
Pay: $25 - $30 (commensurate with experience)
Location: Field based (driver’s license/car required)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Complete repairs and replacements as needed
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation after each visit
• Represent the company professionally at every job site
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
• 3+ years experience in HVAC equipment residential/commercial maintenance and repair
• Know how to troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and at customer locations, and handle the repairs
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
