Position: Order Pickers
Pay: $18.00
Shift: Monday – Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Pickers to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Review production schedules to plan and prioritize work
Ensure inventory is ready and coordinate with shipping for material needs
Complete cycle counts and manually verify product quantities
Use RF scanners to pick, organize, and replenish inventory
Consolidate racks and split or combine labels for accuracy
Train new and existing team members on various warehouse functions
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse or manufacturing setting
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners
Basic math skills and the ability to read labels
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail for safety and accuracy

Skills

Material handling experience
Inventory control and cycle counting
Operation of RF scanners and warehouse computers
Organizational and basic math skills
Ability to follow safety protocols
