Job-ID32874301Reference26-00563Project Manager – Land DevelopmentLocation: Jacksonville, FLPay: $130K - $160KDescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for the project design team.ResponsibilitiesLand Development Design, Stormwater Management, Water and Sanitary Sewer, and Soil Erosion and Sediment Control DesignManaging multiple projects and workload with competing deadlinesQuality ControlRegulatory agency permittingProposal scope and budget preparationFinancial Management including invoice preparation and accounts receivableProject SchedulingClient managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering8+ years of Land Development DesignExperience in Residential, Commercial, & Industrial constructionPE LicenseKnowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulationsProficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designsFamiliarity with the use and capability of AutoCAD/ Civil 3DConstruction oversight experience a plus**All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type now or in the future
