Wireless Manager Job Duties Responsible for full operation of the retail store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory. Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the business needs. Spend majority of business hours on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and managing the business where it matters most. Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals. Complete duties and provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service within the framework of established company policies. Screen and hire outstanding talent and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis. Responsible for all aspects of retail, including hiring, training, marketing, and team leadership. Ensure visual merchandising is appealing and adheres to Cricket standards. Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train a winning sales team. Provide customers with answers about billing processes, equipment, service plan upgrades, and other customer service issues. Ensure sales associates are up to speed on training for new products and understand the sales techniques necessary to sell them. Participate in community events, local marketing events, and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community. Qualifications and Experience 1‑2 years of management experience in retail or a similar environment with a strong customer focus. College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Competent in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building, influencing, talent management, and inspirational leadership. Working knowledge of cellular/advanced wireless communications preferred; PC Windows applications required. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
