Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast – Buford, GA Now Hiring: New Service Annex and Pre-Owned Facility Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast is opening a new facility in Buford, GA and we are hiring! The site sits on 8.7 acres and totals 54,000 square feet, with 22 Mercedes-Benz service bays, 14 Sprinter bays, and 3 service drive lanes. It operates as a full Service Annex, service, parts, loaner vehicles, and detail, and it also sells pre-owned vehicles across all makes and models. As a Rental Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process. interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle rental.

• Greet customers in person, via email and by phone.
• Communicate loaner policy and cost
• Prepare all loaner contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
• Ensure cars are clean and ready for the next client.
• Manage loaner inventory
• Assist Service Drive support staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the rental car industry, is a plus
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence, must complete background and drug test screening
