Piper Companies is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Data Managerto lead global clinical data management efforts across multiple large-scale studies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving excellence in clinical data delivery. Responsibilities for the Senior Data Manager: Serve as theprimary point of contactfor clients on all data management deliverables. Lead and managemultiple global studies or programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance. Conductdirect negotiationswith clients regarding timelines, financials, processes, and resource planning. Providementorship and trainingto junior data management team members, fostering growth and expertise. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless data flow and integrity. Qualifications for the Senior Data Manager: Minimum10 years of relevant data management experiencein the pharmaceutical or CRO industry. At least7 years as an Independent Lead Data Manager, overseeing complex global studies. Proven experience inroot cause analysis,CAPA development, andtechnical writing. Strong understanding ofGCP,CDISC standards, andclinical trial data systems(e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Veeva Vault). Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
