Description

We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider with clinical experience to join our outpatient team in Rochester, NY. This full-time position involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month. Candidates should have a strong interest in allergy care and oral immunotherapy.

Requirements

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions. Conduct and interpret allergy testing. Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients. Manage acute allergic reactions in the outpatient setting. Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license. Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program. Minimum of 12 years of allergy, immunology, or primary care experience. Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills. Compassionate and detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
