Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture/Design, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or closely related field
At least three years of experience in facilities assessment, space audits, campus planning, or higher education space data collection
Experience interpreting blueprints and floor plans
Experience in Facilities Inventory and Classification Manual (FICM) space typologies, and National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) functional categories
Experience developing data strategies or implementing database solutions; building repeatable, standards-based reports/dashboards
Experience with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in facilities/space analytics; implementation of the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) criteria, and performance of site audits in support of capital planning
Certifications such as Microsoft Data Analytics, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office scripting and expertise with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for Power BI data modeling, measures, and performanceoptimized calculations
Experience performing benefit-cost analysis (BCA), lifecycle costing (LCC), net present value (NPV) modeling, and risk-adjusted capital prioritization for facilities or infrastructure portfolios
Request for proposals (RFP) authorship and experience coordinating consultant work
Experience collaborating with research stakeholders and mapping lab function to NACUBO categories
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge in benefit-cost analysis (BCA), lifecycle costing (LCC), net present value (NPV) modeling, and risk-adjusted capital prioritization for facilities or infrastructure portfolios
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, cost estimation, and capital planning practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
