Cleaning Shift Lead

Jefe de Turno de Almacén Responsabilidades Capacidad para liderar un equipo en un entorno de operaciones de limpieza complejo y orientado a tareas. Brinda apoyo directo al Equipo del Centro de Operaciones de Mantenimiento y al Equipo de Operaciones de Campo de IFS respondiendo de manera eficiente, oportuna y precisa a todas las escaladas. Limpia habitaciones, pasillos, baños, vestuarios, oficinas, escaleras, salas de descanso y otras áreas de trabajo según sea necesario. Sigue el diagrama de flujo del proceso de tareas del supervisor de limpieza. Familiarizado con el apoyo de llamadas trabajando directamente o dividiendo turnos entre el equipo y liderando el turno cubriendo con éxito los cronogramas diarios de operaciones. Proporciona retroalimentación sobre las actividades en curso y se compromete a implementar procedimientos oportunos de informes de escalada al equipo de gestión de IFS. Requisitos Se prefiere experiencia en operaciones de limpieza y entornos de centros de distribución. 1+ años en un puesto de liderazgo/supervisión. Capacidad para seguir los requisitos de OSHA, las pautas de seguridad y las instrucciones de montacargas. Una actitud positiva, amigable y orientada al servicio al cliente que pueda motivar a los miembros del equipo y respaldar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera ordenada y oportuna. Debe pasar con éxito la verificación de antecedentes IFS / prueba de drogas. Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos tales como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, manuales de procedimientos y hojas/documentos de manejo seguro de productos químicos (generalmente en inglés; puede tenerlos en español donde el estado lo requiera).
