HCA Healthcare seeks an RN Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to drive trauma quality and patient safety initiatives. In this role, you will lead performance improvement activities, including data abstraction, case review, and analysis of trauma outcomes and processes. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to design and implement evidence-based interventions, ensure compliance with ACS and state trauma standards, and prepare reports for committees and surveys.
