Technology Program Managers / Scrum MastersOur client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.Responsibilities & QualificationsAgile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreamsDrive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordinationPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap executionManage RAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activitiesSupport SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processesDeliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updatesCoordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholdersRequirements5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery LeadStrong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programsStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologiesExperience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activitiesExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting toolsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsFinancial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
