Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP strongly preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Proven track record with IEP compliance, documentation, and therapy scheduling
- Ability to independently manage direct services and evaluations
- Experience with elementary and/or secondary caseloads a plus
- Familiarity with Minnesota school requirements beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 25 speech-only students
- Deliver evaluations, therapy, and participate in IEP meetings
- Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are met
- Seamlessly step into established school routines across multiple assignment periods
