Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
• CCC-SLP strongly preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Proven track record with IEP compliance, documentation, and therapy scheduling
• Ability to independently manage direct services and evaluations
• Experience with elementary and/or secondary caseloads a plus
• Familiarity with Minnesota school requirements beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 25 speech-only students
• Deliver evaluations, therapy, and participate in IEP meetings
• Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are met
• Seamlessly step into established school routines across multiple assignment periods
