Body Shop Tech Department: Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: All Roads Collision & Repair Description Body Technician – Automotive Aberdeen, MD | Beavers Beavers is hiring a detail-oriented Body Technician to perform high-quality autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong repair skills and a commitment to safety and OEM standards. Compensation & Schedule Flat rate: $20–$40 per flag hour (based on experience) Full-time, benefits-eligible Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation and sick time Company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities Perform autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles Review damage reports; inspect for structural/frame damage Remove/replace damaged components (bumpers, fenders, hoods, etc.) Realign frames and chassis to repair structural damage Perform welding and finishing as needed Restore vehicles to OEM standards while reducing cycle times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license 3+ years of relevant autobody repair experience Proficiency with frame equipment, measuring systems, and welders a plus Strong attention to detail, quality, and teamwork Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
