Production Machine Operator - Night Shift

Mooresville, NC | $22.31/hour

SourceNow is hiring Production Machine Operators for a leading bottling manufacturer in Mooresville, NC . This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team with competitive pay and long-term potential.

Schedule

Night Shift
12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Overtime available based on production needs

Pay

$22.31 per hour

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery
Perform quality inspections of finished products
Record production and quality information accurately
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Keep work areas clean and organized
Load materials and help minimize production downtime
Assist with basic machine troubleshooting
Support production team as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in a manufacturing environment
