Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Transformation Product Management organization supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, and Frisco, TX

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

• Lead transformation product management initiatives across enterprise-wide business and technology capabilities.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility transformation efforts with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product outcomes, prioritize demand, and translate strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including business, technology, finance, and operations.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, and ensure the delivery of measurable business value.

What's Needed?

• At least 10 years of relevant experience leading enterprise transformation or complex business initiatives.
• Strong product management discipline with experience in defining outcomes, roadmaps, and managing scope.
• Business and technical fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change enablement.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, facilitate collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
