Position Overview Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care, Florissant Schedule & Compensation 3×12-hour shifts per week (variable) Open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Every third weekend rotation Call requirement: 2 days every 4 weeks (as needed) Competitive hourly rate, shift differential, potential signing bonus Qualifications & Experience Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing (accredited program) Current/unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain) Family Nurse Practitioner certification Minimum 1 year in urgent care or primary care in a fast‑paced setting Confident in treating acute illnesses and injuries, e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures Responsibilities Provide patient care in an urgent‑care setting, diagnosing and treating acute conditions and injuries Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and leverage strong teamwork and support staff Benefits Thrive AP program enrollment and excellent support staff.
