As our FOH Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Training and mentoring FOH staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Assisting in scheduling and coordinating team shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• A guest-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively.
