Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: In-Home / Community-Based
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000, depending on position and salary
Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule; services generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including some evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data electronically.
• Communicate client progress and concerns with supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in caregiver training and family collaboration.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical standards.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB required.
• Minimum 1 year of RBT experience , including at least 1 year with a company.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly individuals with autism or developmental differences, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable providing therapy in clients' homes.
• Strong communication, observation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
