Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

- Facilitate and actively run Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive program governance, roadmap execution, dependency management, and release planning.
- Partner closely with senior executives, including the SVP, to provide clear visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish program management best practices, metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational rigor.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and resolve program risks, blockers, and escalations.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status reports, and steering committee updates.
- Drive accountability across teams while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, card processing, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience leading global, distributed teams.
