What You'll Do

• The Deep Dive: Run and investigate daily reports (Lost Sales, Negative, and Discontinued items) to find and fix discrepancies.

• Precision Counting: Lead daily cycle counts and specialized weekly audits for high-velocity products and stamps.

• Data Command: Use AS400, Excel, and email to track inventory batches and keep our spreadsheets live and accurate.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key communicator between Receiving, Returns, Customer Service, and Management.

• Process Improvement: Identify mis-stocks or poor rotations and troubleshoot ways to make our warehouse even faster.

What You Bring to the Table

• Tech Savvy: You're efficient with computers, specifically Excel and AS400.

• Sharp Eye: You notice the small thingsa mislabeled bin or a slight quantity discrepancy doesn't get past you.

• Physical Grit: You're comfortable on your feet on concrete for 12+ hours and can handle lifting up to 70 lbs when the job calls for it.

• Safety First: You operate material handling equipment with care and precision.
