Schedule and confirm service appointments. Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-up. Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service. Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM. Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently. Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction.
