Ecommerce Specialist Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent Summary Algo is hiring an ecommerce specialist to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our brands. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to manage and operate AlgoGroup's portfolio brands' online e-commerce sales channels, encompassing marketplaces, direct-to-consumer sites, and offline activations. You will collaborate cross-functionally including product management and technology teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns aimed at boosting revenues across our sales channels. What You'll Do Developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels and increase brand awareness. Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Comprehensive oversight of order management, administration of seller centers, coordination of fulfillment processes, and management of third-party logistics (3PL). Take charge of creating new product listings, ensuring visually appealing product displays, and maintaining product information. Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Utilizing strategic inventory control measures, forecasting techniques, and reorder points to ensure optimal stock levels. Collaborate closely with brand owners and internal teams to ensure the timely launch and execution of platform campaigns. What You Are Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce channels, with a preference for expertise in platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify. You are skillful in Google Analytics, SEO, and strong in project management in overseeing multiple business initiatives. Experience in executing platform campaigns and utilizing marketing tools. Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to write and read proficiently. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth. You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver. Basic skills in simple visual design and photo editing such as Canva. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.
