Martin's BBQ Joint is seeking hard-working, dependable, and hospitality-focused Kitchen Managers to join our team! At Martin's BBQ Joint, we do not simply want people to succeed during their shifts. KITCHEN MANAGERS MUST - Be willing to work 50-55 hours a week.- Have a valid driver's license.
- Like to learn and take pride in what they do. - Lead by example.
- Look for solutions instead of problems.
- Be empathic and help people when they can.
