Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients’ well-being and recovery. Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate. Assessment – systematic collection and analysis of psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Plan – set measurable short- and long-term goals based on assessment, in collaboration with patient and multidisciplinary team. Implement – execute and modify care plans using assessment data, clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice; coordinate care, educate, discharge planning; delegate per professional and legal standards. Evaluate – systematically assess progress toward goals and revise plan as needed with patient and team. Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record. Job Requirements Graduate of an RN nursing program upon hire. Registered Nurse license in NE upon hire. Basic Life Support–CPR upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 5 months.
