Pharmacist

Narayan Pharmacy is seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately dispensing medications, ensuring patient safety, and providing knowledgeable guidance on prescription and over-the-counter products. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to the local community.Review, verify, and accurately dispense prescription medicationsEnsure proper dosage, check for potential drug interactions, and confirm prescription accuracyCounsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and health-related concernsMaintain accurate patient records and prescription documentationCollaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify or confirm prescription detailsEnsure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standardsManage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supply levelsSupervise and support pharmacy staff as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work areaProvide excellent customer service and address patient questions or concernsRequirements:Valid pharmacist license in the state of New YorkDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent from an accredited institutionStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines, drug interactions, and dosage requirementsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage daily pharmacy operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
