CareBuilders at Home – Pittsburgh PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Caregiver to join our team of home care professionals. As a Skilled Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As a Skilled Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks. Our ideal candidate is a caring and attentive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication reminders

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care plan

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in home care setting (training or experience in a related field will be considered)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to transfer clients as needed (hoyer lift or sit to stand experience)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
