Financial RepresentativeVolt is immediately hiring an Financial Representative in Pittsburgh PAAs a Financial Representative you will:Assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an accountSomeone who has a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Statistics would be highly preferred.Someone with 0-2 years of financial domain experience would be great to have.Key responsibilities include:Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processesDocument management including scanning, filing, vault maintenanceProcessing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications.Skills Required:Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely.Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communicationExperienced user of Microsoft Office products.High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.This is a Contract full time opportunity.Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
