Red Horse Market is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! If you love crafting quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, and pour-overs.

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.

Display, cut, and serve baked goods, pastries, and other treats.

Stock and restock café supplies such as milk, cups, pastries, and coffee beans.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure fresh, well-stocked displays.

Grind coffee beans and maintain knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café space throughout each shift.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while upholding company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.

Previous barista experience required.

Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules.
