Position Summary:

Applied Digital is seeking a results‑driven Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on large‑scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this role is responsible for monitoring field execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on‑site electrical construction activities, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage systems
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per contract documents
• Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and installation methods
• Collaborate with project managers, mechanical superintendents, and other trades
• Conduct inspections, resolve field issues, and support commissioning activities
• Enforce safety policies and participate in site safety meetings
• Provide regular progress updates and field reports

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, including supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data centers, power infrastructure, or large‑scale industrial projects
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
• Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
• Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and turnover processes

Physical Requirements:

• Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
