Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician BReyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the US, is looking to hire a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA. Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00pm-5:00am OR 3:00pm-11:00pm Pay: $26.00-$34.00/HR based on experience and qualificationsWhy work for Reyes Fleet Management?4 Weeks paid time off + Holiday payYearly performance raisesASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications)CDL Incentive Pay-($1.00 additionally with active license)Career advancement opportunities401K and Company paid Life InsuranceReferral bonuses and Reyes Reward programHealth, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plansTool & Boot annual payout & Paid UniformsGreat work culture and clean facilitiesFinancial and wellness discounts and much more!!!Position Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine preventative maintenance of Fleet Equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs.Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system.Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.This position requires driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.Other projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 2 plus years of related experienceMust be at least 18 years old.Must possess own tools.Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehiclesPreferred Education and Experience:Technical School CertificationBenefits:At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
