Full-Time Geriatrician Opportunity

Our organization is excited to announce a full-time position for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Geriatrician to join our expanding Geriatrics program.

Sunnyvale, CA

• Provide post-acute and long-term care for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Access to onsite clinic ancillary services, primary care, and specialty support.
• After-hours coverage (10 PM – 7 AM) is managed by the MD Triage team.
• No weekend work is required.

• Active California Medical License.
• Completion of a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.
• DEA Certificate.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Geriatrics.
