Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses for this role. What Will You Do in This Role? As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | RN, you will support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with the orders of physicians and the total needs of residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will supervise the Nursing Department 24 hours a day and maintain quality care standards in line with Federal, State, and company regulations. In the absence of the DON, you will assume responsibility for clinical operations. Do You Have What It Takes?
