The Marketing Operations Coordinator helps keep our marketing organization running smoothly. Working across different areas of Marketing, this role supports day-to-day operations, budgets, marketing assets and campaign execution while gaining broad exposure to how a global marketing organization works. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is

organized, curious, hands-on and eager to grow within Marketing . What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day marketing operations, including

budgets, purchase orders, invoices and billing . Coordinate marketing activities, timelines and materials across internal teams, agencies and external partners. Help organize and maintain

marketing assets, trackers, calendars and documentation . Support

royalty and licensing activities , including reporting, reconciliation and documentation. Provide hands-on support for marketing initiatives, including

campaign logistics, influencer materials and other executional needs . Collaborate across Marketing and other teams to keep projects organized and moving forward. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience. Early-career experience or internship exposure

in Marketing, business operations or a related area. Strong

organization and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in

Excel and PowerPoint

and willingness to learn new systems. A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine

interest in building a career in Marketing . BIC’s NAM headquarters will be located in Norwalk, Connecticut.
