Job Summary: This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for providing strategic design, creative direction and production expertise for promoting and supporting Company products and services. The role will include the ability to design and produce original print and digital pieces creatively and independently, monitoring market trends in the semiconductor market. The role will create content for marketing collateral and enhance Micro Control’s visual brand. Key Responsibilities: Create written content and visual designs for public-facing technical materials. Write, edit, and proofread marketing content while maintaining strong layout, typography, and visual communication standards. Design and produce brand-aligned digital content for advertisements, brochures, direct mail, and displays, then coordinate final production. Coordinate technical diagrams, photo touch ups, image modification using Adobe Creative Cloud package. Perform updates on website graphics content and assist in structural maintenance to improve discoverability, while optimizing content SEO and GEO visibility. Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and editing while maintaining technical accuracy and alignment with Micro Control’s brand voice, and technical credibility. Participate in tracking annual Marketing and advertising schedules for both print (magazines) and digital mediums, collaborate with other team members and vendors on scheduling placement and special positions, and review data with other team members to identify trends. Collaborate with team members on the development and standardization of Sales presentations and trade show displays for consistent branding. Assist with in-house photography requirements. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, technical journalism, marketing, visual communications, or a related field, with graphic design experience. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Five plus years of relevant marketing experience with document design emphasis. A compelling portfolio or samples of both design and writing capabilities. Capability in thinking, planning, and executing multiple assignments simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written communication and editing skills. Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with cross-functional team members. Proactive thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy and tone. Proficient with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. Pre-press and print production experience. Flexible and adaptable. Work independently. Self-directed, initiative-taking, and meticulous. Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with web design, pre-press operations, color theory, typography, layout, and meeting brand standards in a role focused on technical products. Print copywriting experience and graphic design experience with science or technical focus.
