Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

• 4 day, 10 hours/day schedule availabe

• Clinical duties include consultations, follow-ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.)

• Typical schedule includes 2 days in the OR and 2 days in clinic, but schedules may vary

• Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics

• Single hospital and clinic site - no commuting between facilities

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $155,000 + productivity incentives

• Sign-on incentive and Relocation incentive available

Job Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current and unrestricted California license and certification

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required

• First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings

Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. (Bonus points if you drive about 20 minutes farther to explore Jurassic Park - aka Fern Canyon - or the forest moon of Endor - aka Grizzly Creek SP.)
