No more waiting for direct deposit or a paper check!Your Opportunity:Taylor Warehouse & Distribution is seeking an Order Picker to join the team to support operations at our Grove City, OH facility!Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as required, including some weekendsYour Responsibilities:Ensures accuracy of picking customer ordersPerform quality checksMay operate materials handling equipmentPicks orders with manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)Verifies stock availability and stock shelvesRepackage ordersMaintain a safe and clean work environmentMaintains related recordsYou Must Have:Must be able to use a ring scannerMust be comfortable with heights up to 35'Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple mathDetail orientedMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goalsEffectively communicate and work in a team environmentSelf-motivated and able to multi taskAbility to operate material handling equipmentRequirements within this position:Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 50 + pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)We Would Also Prefer:Experience in Pick/PackingThe anticipated hourly wage for this position is $17. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
