What You'll Do

In this position, you'll represent Elite Windows by connecting with homeowners and creating positive first impressions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Speaking with homeowners to introduce our services.
Scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Following a proven process designed for consistency.
Participating in regular coaching and skill development.

Every interaction helps strengthen your communication skills while building a foundation for long-term success in sales.

Compensation and Growth

First Month: $5,000 to $8,000
Consistent Performers: $6,000 to $15,000+ per month
