As a Technical Applications Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be providing high level technical skills for the installation, configuration, and management of our flagship Immunotherapy application. You will be expected to:

· Understand the installation and functionality of the core application and any add-on components used by the customer.

· Become proficient with data conversion tools and methodologies used to facilitate the onboarding of new and existing customers.

· Understand the installation and functionality of the various hardware used by the company’s core software application in order to support customers effectively.

· Research, setup, and test technologies related to the company’s core software products.

· Field customer issues, and see problems through to resolution, or hand-off to proper team members.

· Develop the ability to identify the priority of client issues, and be able to ensure proper escalation of unresolved issues in order to provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients

· Ensure proper documentation and closure of all issues

As your knowledge for our products and customers grow you will also have the opportunity to:

· Contribute to the ongoing design and improvement of the company’s core products and add-on systems thru active participation in product process teams

· For the analyst at heart, the opportunity to help troubleshoot product defects and participate in identifying product improvements

To excel as a technical support engineer on the Rosch Visionary Systems team, you should meet the following Qualifications:

· Associates degree in computer science or other related field or equivalent work experience

· 2+ years technical support experience, preferably with hardware and software systems.

· Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, building databases, backing up and restoring databases, building and executing TSQL scripts.

· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Remote Desktop Services, IIS (Internet Information Services), SSL certificates, DNS, TCPIP and IP Routing would be a plus.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

· Strong problem solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Time management skills to balance multiple support issues
