Available Shifts All shifts available (12 hour and 8 hour) Responsibilities Care for the residents who need assistance with day‑to‑day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA certification required in the State of Indiana. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
