Front Office Coordinator

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Newark, OH

$16-$18/Hour Based on Experience

We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our company and the first person visitors, applicants, and clients meet when they walk through our doors. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors, applicants, and clients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Make outbound calls to applicants and clients as needed
• Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities
• Assist with applicant communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support daily administrative and office operations
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, front desk, staffing, customer service, or office support experience is preferred
