You will serve as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, helping them navigate one of life’s most important financial decisions.This role combines community outreach, loan expertise, and personalized service in support of greater financial access and inclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate and process residential mortgage loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesProvide expert guidance to borrowers throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a positive customer experienceBuild and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, community organizations, and referral partnersConduct client consultations to assess financial needs and determine appropriate mortgage optionsStay up to date on available loan products, lending policies, and market trendsCollaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely and efficient loan processingMaintains regular contact with the borrower and Realtors between application and closingParticipate in community events and outreach efforts aligned with the bank’s mission and lending goalsQualificationsActive NMLS license and full compliance with all federal and state mortgage lending regulations2+ years of mortgage loan origination or related experience strongly preferredDeep understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and other mortgage loan productsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindsetHigh ethical standards and a commitment to responsible lending practicesBilingual skills and/or experience working with diverse communities is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation structure with base salary plus commissionFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)Ongoing training and professional developmentA mission-driven culture focused on equity, access, and financial empowermentOpportunities for career growth within a supportive, values-aligned teamCompensation for this position is largely incentive based. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chickasaw Community Bank
