Responsibilities Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of results and actively work to grow your contribution. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class experience, connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and demonstrating product benefits. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values such as Fighting Animal Testing, Freshness, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Host store parties and initiatives to bring traffic. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently make informed recommendations. Development: Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance, seeking feedback and opportunities. DEIB: Encourage open communication and foster belonging, celebrating diverse contributions. Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present; request breaks as needed. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store to enhance experience. Stock and Inventory: Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real time. Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience with consultation‑based customer service models. Strong problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day operations. Experience working in a team environment. Experience in skincare or cosmetics. Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training. Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages. Compensation $18.50 – $18.50 per hour.
