Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based setting for consistent evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for predictable, stable part-time work in one location with a set schedule. Compensation Competitive pay $85-105 per hour Schedule Monday through Sunday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Consistent, predictable hours in a single clinic location Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical standards Requirements Must hold an active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism preferred Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Predictable, consistent part-time schedule Center-based role with no travel required Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
