Rate: $27/hr

Location: 3151 Briar Park Dr, Houston, TX 77042 (Onsite role Mon to Friday)



Shift Schedule: M-T 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 11:30am 40 hours total



Contract: 6 months contract to hire








- Provide advanced technical support for end users to ensure high customer satisfaction, primarily via a remote IT Service Desk environment.
- Image PCs and deploy applications using SCCM, including configuring and installing standard business and engineering software.
- Install, replace, and configure hardware components and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues with Windows 11 OS, O365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office), and general user setups.
- Perform basic network and server troubleshooting, including replacing hardware (disk drives, memory) and restarting servers.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts: create, delete, modify accounts, and resolve complex account lockout issues.
- Execute general user and copier location moves and support relocations of existing setups.
- Document IT processes for use by the Service Desk and technical teams.
- Collaborate with users and team members, demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills.
- Maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely incident resolution in accordance with company standards.
- Overtime work may be required; IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
