Location : 5x Days in office - Dallas, Texa gPerks: 100% medical coverage you you and family member s We're representing one of the premier EPC contractors in the power delivery industry, seeking an experience d Senior Project Manag er to play a pivotal role i n building out the company's Substation division across the Texas mark e t. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can own projects from pursuit through execution, combining strong operational leadership with commercial acumen. You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, overseeing estimating efforts, managing project delivery, and ultimately running your own book of business with full P&L responsibili ty. Responsibili ties: Lead EPC Substation projects from pre-construction through final clo seout.Oversee project estimating, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and exec ution.Build and maintain long-term relationships with utility, cooperative, and private cl ients.Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of pro jects.Take ownership of an individual operational P&L, driving both profitability and project perfor mance.Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective cl ients. Requi rements: 10+ years of exper ience in EPC S ubstation construction projects.Strong estimating background with the ability to develop and review competit ive bids.Strong understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and commercial ma nagement.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is p referred.
