Warehouse Operations Manager REGULAR FULL TIME Management Hebron, OH, US 1 Attachments 6 days ago Requisition ID: 2158 Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually Warehouse Operations Manager Licking County Full-Time Exempt Monday - Friday 40+ Hours Position Overview We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our small but busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, improving processes, and keeping a tight ship. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain safety standards, and ensure the warehouse runs efficiently every day. Key Responsibilities Daily operations — Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and shipping workflows. Inventory management — Maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink. Team leadership — Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff. Process improvement — Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. Safety compliance — Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Vendor & carrier coordination — Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Equipment oversight — Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are maintained and safe.
