Junior Project Manager

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER The Junior Project Manager supports the delivery of e-commerce and web development projects at Qode Space. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The Junior Project Manager assists clients by serving as a reliable point of contact, facilitating smooth communication, and escalating questions or issues appropriately. Internally, this role collaborates closely with developers, designers, and senior leadership to keep projects moving efficiently and to maintain clarity across all teams. A. Client Relations & Communication Serve as the main point of contact and first responder for client communications (email, Slack, calls, Google Meet). Lead scheduled weekly or bi-weekly client calls, ensuring expectations are properly set and met. Support the team in communicating Shopify and eCom best practices to clients in alignment with project goals. Address Sev1 emergency tasks when required. B. Project Oversight & Ticket Management Oversee high-level project management and ticket workflows in ClickUp. Submit, assign, and track client requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates. Maintain clear timelines for tasks, deliverables, and milestones. Monitor progress, identify risks or delays early, and escal to the senior team with proposed next steps. C. Team Leadership & Collaboration Coordinate with developers and senior leadership to ensure deadlines and standards are consistently met. Communicate client feedback to the internal team with clear context and next steps. Flag project risks or issues early and elevate through the appropriate channels for resolution. Review and QA deliverables before sharing them with clients. D. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate and organized client-related documentation. Provide clients with timely updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges. Track and manage client retainers and monthly hours against the SOW/MSA, notifying clients as usage approaches limits or through weekly reporting. Maintain a working understanding of each client’s contracted scope and budget, ensuring hours and deliverables are tracked against billable allocations. E. Client Experience & Training Ensure an exceptional client experience across all interactions and deliverables. Record on-screen video walk-throughs or training materials for clients on using their website, web app, dashboard, or client portal. Conduct training sessions on ticket submission processes and client portal usage. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance client experience with Qode Space. Learn the ins and outs of Shopify’s admin and ecosystem. F. Multi-Project Management Manage multiple concurrent client projects while balancing priorities effectively. Plan, organize, and schedule activities to meet project objectives and client expectations. Assist with tracking project budgets, wishlists, and monthly retainer allocations to maintain efficiency and alignment with deliverables. G. Partnerships Support the team in communicating relevant partner updates, tools, or app opportunities to clients when directed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
