Temporary Data Entry / Office Clerk
Location: Norman, OK
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract Assignment
Pay: $17-$19/hour DOE
Our client in Norman is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Office Clerk for a 3-6 month temporary assignment. This position will primarily focus on high-volume data entry and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Enter, update, and maintain information in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize electronic and paper files
- Assist with scanning, filing, and other clerical duties
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable with reliable attendance
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Norman, OK
